Ian Chapman

Ian Chapman serves as Chief Investment Officer at CPX while also managing all reserve valuations. Most recently, Mr. Chapman served as VP,  Reservoir Engineering for CPX. Prior to CPX, Mr. Chapman performed various roles in oil and gas operations, reservoir, analytics and business development at Split Rock Resources, Merit Energy, Marathon Oil, and Nexen Petroleum.

Mr. Chapman earned his B.S. in Physics and Math from the University of Virginia and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M.
