Mr. Ward Giltner joins CPX Piceance Holdings, LLC as its Rocky Mountain Asset Manager
Mr. Ward Giltner joins CPX Piceance Holdings, LLC as its Rocky Mountain Asset Manager operating from Denver Colorado. Mr. Giltner’s initial focus will be developing the TeePee Park Ranch in the Piceance Basin in Northwestern Colorado along with 50,000 net acres in the Powder River and Hanna Basins in Wyoming. Mr. Giltner previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Black Diamond Minerals, LLC. Prior to co-founding G&H Resources, LLC, Mr. Giltner served as the Chief Financial Officer of Crimson Resource Management Corp. He is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of domestic and international oil and gas experience. Mr. Giltner has worked extensively in all aspects of finance, accounting, marketing, IT, risk management, and investor relations. Most of his career was spent with Texaco, where he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility. With the Chevron merger, he elected early retirement as Finance Manager of Texaco Brasil and moved his family back to Denver. He has a proven track record as a low cost provider of financial services while maintaining timely and efficient financial information to investors, management, and regulators. Mr. Giltner received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
