June 27, 2022 - CPX Energy has reached cumulative production through May of 2022 of 1,234,978 BO and 10,769,871 MCF (3,029,957 BOE) from 13 producing Wolfcamp wells on its River Bend prospect in Loving County, Texas.

John Roby New CEO of CPX Energy
January 14, 2022 - CPX Energy, LLC (CPX), a privately held oil and gas company, announced that as of January 1, 2022, John C. Roby has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. After many successful iterations leading CPX, Tom Powell will transition as planned from CEO to Chairman of the Board.

CPX 2021 development exceeds 10,500 boepd
November 23, 2021 - CPX’s last 12 wells were all drilled with no safety events, under AFE, and were successfully completed with strong economics. CPX is hedged on oil to about 25% of net production through the first half of next year and about 17% for the second half. Hedges on gas sit around 30% of net production for all of next year.

Oil $78, Gas $5.50, CPX Leans Into The Market
October 8, 2021 - “We are proud of our team that has drilled the last 12 wells without incident, under AFE, and exceeded gross production forecasts.” CPX recently finished drilling the Lindley 98 14H well, a horizontal lateral with a planned gross lateral length of 10,659 feet that will be completed in 2021.
