Our Team

Justin has nearly 20 years of experience in various aspects of oil and gas drilling, completion, and workover operations. Justin has drilled or assisted in the completion of over 250 horizontal wells in the Delaware Basin in the Wolfcamp, Bone Spring and Avalon formations, as well as over 100 vertical San Andres wells and SWDs.

Prior to coming onboard with CPX, Justin most recently served as Field Superintendent over completions and workovers for Energen Resources in the Delaware Basin in charge of multiple frac crews and workover rigs.  As Vice President of Operations for CP Exploration, Justin is responsible for all field operations and assists in the successful execution of CPX's completion program.

Justin earned his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. He is H2S-FIT Tested and Wild Well Supervisor Level Well Control Certification.
